Quality Control

  • Personal briefing by the Operations executive on cleaning specifications.

  • Daily inspections by supervisors.

  • Weekly/Fortnightly site survey by operations executive to ensure quality standards.

  • Monthly Audit – a team headed by a Manager and assisted by a Customer Service Executive will conduct independent inspection of the respective building/project under contract to measure and ensure standard of clealiness.

  • Merit/Demerit Points System – the introduction of this system is to promote a good sense of housekeeping and maintenance of the estates or premises that are under our care, with a view to rewarding staff/workers who perform well, as well as penalizing those that perform poorly.

  • Follow up with client-in-charge to gather feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
